I will create custom horns that are filled with the Glitter color of your choice! Each horn is sealed with a high gloss shine. It protects and makes the glitter sparkle!
The colors on these order tend to blend into each other creating an almost ombre effect.
The cap is made with a soft and stretchy black knit fabric.
